I wish I could make the quality better. The image is a little soft and crooked after scanning it, but hey, I think I'll get over it :)
As a student we're given certain shooting assignments. Last quarter, we had to do something called "emotional places." I'm not sure what that even means. My chosen "emotional place" was at Jane's pond (Jane being the subject) in her neighborhood. I didn't really even photograph the place so much as I did her. Some people love photographing nature or statues, which is what my teacher wanted us to gravitate towards. But my passion is people.
